As a rancher and cattleman, I know the last few years have been incredibly challenging for the agriculture producers who are so vital to the heritage and economy of all Alberta communities.
Extreme weather, global supply chain issues, and the impacts of the COVD-19 pandemic have all taken their toll on our industry. I also know that some government decisions have added burdensome costs and regulations to many ag operations.

We have one of the best-funded systems in Canada and yet, throughout the pandemic, our system was on the brink of collapse.

The best way to help with affordability is to ensure Alberta attracts job-creators so we can all earn a good living. Alberta now has a low unemployment rate and is poised for the biggest GDP rebound of any province in Canada. I’m committed to keeping our recovery on track.

I’m running to ensure our children and grandchildren have the same kind of opportunities and freedoms that Kim and I have been blessed with.
We must strengthen Alberta’s place in Canada and win meaningful reforms. Threats and sternly worded letters aren’t enough, and radical actions that create chaos will only set us back.
